Experiment

I'm so super tired so I can't really blog about my fun night out.. But as promised this is my experiment on Squid Ink Pasta.. First impressions, it was tasteless --> the aftermath was horrible.. I had the taste in mouth for the next 5 hours or something.. Could even taste it during training.. It's colour was unappetising as well.. so ya.. hahahah.. It's an experimental failure.. but o well.. Will update on my fun night out after I get some beauty sleep :)

Best attendance day in school

Today was one of the best school days of my school life hahaha.. There was like only 8 people for attendance, 6 for first Accounts period and finally 2 for management lesson in the afternoon.. wonderful! hahaahah..Ratio of boys boy to girls is 1:7 and that good little twinkle boy is ME :D hahahah! Obviously I left after the first lesson and because the whole world seems to be 'not wanting to go out' , I decided to experiment again! yay! hahaha..

2 food experiments today,
(1) Mentaiko Spicy Fish Cod Roe Pasta
(2)Baked Clams

I cheated on the sauce though and used this as the main base.

TA DA!!! IT WAS MARVELLOUS.. My best creation yet :X


Clams was delicious too! Chilli and sugar and salt and butter and frying and baking.. Great :D Was wanting to get 300g of clams and I felt like it was too little and I kept taking and taking and it was like 800g! how dumb.. must have lost my sense of weights ever since training ended..

1 more week before school ends! and my school life will officially end.. wao.. it's been long but i'm finally near the finish line.. that reminds me of my marathon which i'm so gonna die at.. hahahaha.. choos :) O and hello SERENA! ;)

Food Experiment: Rosti

Tomorrow final term school starts and it's basically the last lap towards the A levels.. woo hoo! exciting hahahaah! So since it's my last free day kinda thing so I figured why not experiment on some food :) so i happen chance upon the recipe of ROSTI! the potato thing that we find in Marche or Shokudo.. I'm not a great fan of rosti and neither have I not really tasted havenly rosti so i would think mine's not too bad :)

Holidays!

holiday day day.. first day of the September School Holidays:) made a plan to go about with my revision.. monday and tuesday shall be on management, wednesday and thursday all for econs.. and friday and saturday will be accounts.. sunday will be back to management again since monday's management paper 1..

did some cooking experiment today:) based on some random recipe I found at Gombak grandma's house.. amidst some old newspaper.. it was a recipe for Linguine Vongole.. so went to shop and save to get the ingredients - mainly clams and the pasta..


Problems:

1. Shop and save didn't have linguine so i had to settle for some thin spaghetti
2. Clams available at shop and save were too big.. well big enough for me to say it's big anyway..
3. too lazy to go to Cold Storage :P
