And me :) like the following woman, I'm injured too, so didn't exactly get a good time for the race but I've gotten a feel of the fun of running 400m..Don't worry Mel, we'll recover like wolverine :)

Hilmi,Blank,Hakeem did PBs.. GREAT JOB :) The next 400m will be my PB moment! Had dinner at Aliff's again.. But it's just nice chilling with these guys.. There's always something interesting to talk about.. Tomorrow will be the start of a new week.. till then :)
